MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO APPLEBEES WEDNESDAY NIGHT 6/4/14 AROUND 10PM THE HOSTESS GREETED HIM AND HE ASKED TO BE SEATED IN A BOOTH ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BLDG STATING WE ALWAYS SIT THERE SINCE IT IS NOT SO COLD. SHE SAID SHE HAD JUST SAT HER SERVERS AND COULD NOT SIT US THERE EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS TWO OPEN BOOTHS WE WOULD HAVE TO SIT ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE IN THE LARGER BOOTHS. HE STATED WE DIDNOT WANT TO SIT THERE THAT WE MAY HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER PLACE TO EAT SHE SAID WELL OK THEN IF YOU WANT TO GO TO ANOTHER PLACE. WE DID GO TO TGIFS AND WAS GREETED WITH WHERE WOULD YOU LIKE TO SIT. I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU DONOT CARE TO CONSIDER YOUR CUSTOMERS WISHES AND TRAIN THEM BETTER IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. WE DID SEE THE MGR COME TO THE FRONT AS WE WERE PULLING OFF. DO NOT KNOW HIS NAME BUT THE WAS TALL AND STOUT.
